Motorsport is expensive, regardless of whether you're just starting out or a regular front runner. Raising sponsorship finance is vital - yet something I always find difficult to do, as at the end of the day, I'm just a truck driver who's quite good on a bike.

When not racing I'm working; and this can make it difficult to find time to chase sponsorship, if you can help me in my 'on track' endeavours by offering me financial support any amount is greatly appreciated.

For 2012, my 30th consecutive year in the sport, I'd like another go at the Ducati 848 series - with a bit of data and info under my belt, I think I could give it a good shot! Being a support event at BSB again it would get plenty of TV coverage -  "lots of bang for your buck". No plans of bike or team confirmed here either way hopefully something will turn up though.
I love the atmosphere and camaraderie of the International Classic GP championship paddock, the racing is hot at the front, with some proper former world class riders; nothing on the cards here either though, we would have to find a bike and some 'running' money to get to the events and support the bike through the season.

I understand that sponsorship is only successful when it's a 'two way street'. I do my best to look after my current personal product support sponsors.

For major sponsors, your funding of me will be hosted on my personally updated website that receives in excess of 3,000 world wide hits per year. In addition to my domestic visitors, I get regular worldwide hits. I  distribute a regular  'email shot' - where news updates go to more than 300 email contacts.

Promotion and PR
I'm constantly exploring different and unusual  promotional items with the  inclusion of sponsors logos and identities on them. Since 2004 I've distributed in excess of 12,000 promotional items.

Each was logo / website identity branded.

As promotional giveaways they feature my website address, and by individual arrangements they can include variations of my personal sponsors logos or names on individual items.

Livery Coverage

This season, I'm planning to ride for different teams across a range of championships.

Which ever teams I ride for throughout the year, should you become one of my major personal sponsors, your Company Logo or Corporate Image will be welcomed on the livery of the race bike.

Media Coverage

Throughout the year, I'll be regularly updating my 'blog' direct from the circuit, sending press releases, and posting my online reports and video on the internet.
I'm quite media 'savvy' and will use all exposure  opportunities to include your Company's involvement in my racing sponsorship of me. Motorcycle racing is current enjoying a resurgence in popularity with retailers reporting the best sales figures in recent years. Television coverage has also increased to include further coverage on a variety of channels in addition to the Eurosport audience in over 93 million homes,  250 million viewers, in 54 countries.

I enjoy a good relationship with my local newspapers and magazines. They  provide me with regular excellent regional press coverage. With your support being further acknowledged through the inclusion of sponsors logo or name when visible in photographs.
